Our Planet Our Responsibility
From our small lifestyle store to our wellness centred creche, we believe in creating a sustainable, community focused organisation to protect and enhance the children and families of today and tomorrow.

Environment
We continuously up-cycle in as many areas of our business as possible. We like to use recycled items and materials and give them a new lease of life. We thoroughly check the quality to ensure they are safe to use, and then use our creative skills to bring them back to life.
We do not source single-use plastic resources, we instead source handmade wooden resources from local suppliers.
We educate children on the importance of protecting our environment through our recycle station, we nominate a recycling monitor for the week to lead our Planet Activity.
Take a look at the pictures, to see how we have turned old bed slats into a reception desk and wall feature, used pallets and turn them into our outdoor fencing, and turned old wooden crates into our dinosaur alcoves. We have many more up-cycled features at our setting.
If you have any unwanted wooden items please email us at hello@mytimewellnesscentre.com
Society
The essence of My Time Wellness is child, family and community well-being. Our research and studies showed that flexible high quality childcare was not readily available in the North West area. With the changes to our lives due to the pandemic, the need for this service is increasing, with an increasing number of parents and carers now working from home, on flexible hours or home schooling.
We have spent the last two years, researching, developing and bringing our idea to life. We have created a flexible booking system which supports parents as and when they need it, without the need for an expensive childcare contract. Along with our wellness tailored curriculum to support whole child well-being and development, our entire organisation is driven by our impact.
We pride ourselves on embracing equality and diversity, not only is this embedded within our curriculum but also throughout the entire organisation.
We work with many local independent makers, stocking their wide ranges of thoughtfully made goods in our health and well-being store. Most items within our store are locally made, such as these amazing organic turmeric tablets!

Economy
We want to help support the local economy, through our networking and partnership ethos. We already work with a number of local small business who hand craft independent goods and we want to continuously increase these partnerships.
We work with and signpost to other local organisations who offer a variety of well-being services, such as: Yoga, Meditation, Massage and Life Coaches.
Our aim is to not only make a difference within our organisation but create a community of like minded businesses who have the well-being of future generations in mind.
We provide training and job opportunities for local people, wanting everyone to reach their own personal goals.
Our flexible and affordable services means parents are not tied into big contract with hidden fees, and fees when children do not attend. According to Early Years Educator (2018), many children miss out on early childcare due to the costs of high contracts and permanent bookings, even when on holiday/sick. Our aim is to support parents with our affordable fees only payable when you attend!
We Care About People, Not Profit.
